Our non refundable booking fee secures the booking and contributes to the cost of administering the booking and collection and verifying of documents. This also ensures some of our costs are covered should a “no show” occur.
Christmas is a busy period for the kennels and therefore we charge a Christmas deposit to help cover the costs of “no shows” during that period. This deposit is deducted from balance due on payment.

Reduced rates for 3 or more pets sharing on both day care and boarding. Day Care cost for subsequent pets sharing 50% discount applies
Special rates are available for stays longer than 30 days.
Daily rates x number of days, inclusive of the day of drop off and the day picked up. *If picked up AM then a discount applies 😊. Peak times include public and school holidays.Please note our check in and check out times are between 8 to 10am and 4 to 6pm.
